“Hi Connie, Per our conversation, I am sending a Big Thank you,  to all the awesome people that helped me this week with my pool.  On Sunday Jim and Dylan and others helped test my pool water and gave me all the chemicals I needed to heal my green and yellow pool. It is now a lovely blue color. Then a few days later my filter pump was barely working. I went down to buy a new one. “I have been a customer of Sweetwater for about 15 years; first for an above ground pool and now for an inground pool & spa combo. When doing my own pool upkeep on the above ground pool, Connie and the staff were always very helpful and knowledgeable and our water was always crystal clear if I followed their instructions. Now that we have an inground pool, I have turned it totally over to Sweetwater for opening, closing and weekly service. They are very dependable and once again, our water is always crystal clear. Their service department has been responsive when needed, as evidenced by a recent call I made from work on the day of a planned party. The spa decided to quit and a technician was sent out immediately and the spa was repaired the same day. I even got a phone call back when he was done, asking me if I wanted him to leave it on so it would be ready and hot for the start of my party. Throughout that time the very knowledgeable and friendly folks at Sweetwater have provided helpful hints and timely repairs to keep our pool in top running condition. Connie (the pool doctor) and her very polite staff at the store have always answered my questions and explained “the why” behind the chemicals being used. The tech guys who have come for repairs have always come on a timely basis and done exactly what I required to fix the problem. I must say here that like any other business, Sweetwater has its busy times since they provide seasonal services and one must be reasonable with on both sides of the fence. Given that, I believe they have always worked hard to meet our needs on a timely basis. I believe their charges have been reasonable given that I am a believer in “you get what you pay for” and we have never scrimped on repairs and maintenance on our house and pool.
